Check in and out Process.
RedLine Members may pick up their toys (snowmobile, atv, utv, motorcycle, dirt bike, RV, toy hauler, camper trailer, competition wake boat, jet boat, jet ski, etc) any time after 3:00 PM (15:00 hours) the day before their reservation begins. Equipment pickup usually takes 25-minutes, so please plan accordingly. A RedLine representative will assist the Member in checking out the toy, reviewing operating procedures, including safe operating practices and required personal safety devices necessary for safe operation of each piece of equipment. Following a pre-rental inspection conducted by both a RedLine representative and the member, a review of all applicable policies and procedures for the particular rental agreement, the member is ready to go.
Returning equipment is just as easy. Member's may return the equipment anytime before 10:00 AM (10:00 hours) the day following the reservation period. A RedLine representative will conduct a post-rental inspection with the member, and close out the rental process.
